Seijou was born without knowing his parents. He was adopted in a family that wanted children
just so someone would take care of them in their old age. As such, while he was raised well
and never deprived of anything, Seijou grew up in a mostly loveless household.

From the age of 5 onwards, Seijou realized there was nothing in the world to be afraid of.
Whether through a psychological block or simple realization, he has lost his ability to be
afraid ever since then, which has led him to take several risks in his life, all of which have paid
off rather well.

From an early age discovered as a literal super-genius, Seijou excelled at all academics. He
also started doing extra curricular activities, just to ease the boredom in his every day life. It
was a monotonous existance, until he started deciding to pursue law. Breaking onto crime
scenes and basically risking the law by trying to solve crimes on his own, as he was studying
to be a lawyer.
